Large quantities Japanese foods and sashimi!!
ものすごい量の日本食！
しかも刺身！

I was moved because I haven’t seen these amount Japanese foods for a long time.
And I was there first time but I ate so many foods like a brazen-faced. sorry.
こんな大量の日本食を目にしたのは久しぶりで、大変感動しました（泣
しかもほとんどの方が初対面で突然押しかけて、図々しくもバクバクと食べまくってしまいました。申し訳ない。

However this restaurant foods was incredible.
I must come again.
ただこのお店の料理は本当に美味しかったので、
また個人的に行ってみたいと思います。

I am going to go Federation square to invite a new year!
ということで今からニューイヤーを迎えに、
フェデレーションスクエアに行ってきます！

次の水曜日、ついにこの家から引っ越すことにしたので、
最後にお好み焼きパーティをやってみました！

Okonomiyaki is famous in here but it is said to eating in restaurant is not good.
(but I have never try)

お好み焼きはこちらでも割と有名な食べ物なのですが、
レストランなどで食べるとイマイチ・・・というのはもっぱらの噂。
（僕はたべたことありませんが）

In that we bought a okonomiyaki flour, cabbage, pork and etc in asian grocery then we made okonomiyaki!

ということでアジアングロッサリーで日清のお好み焼き粉とキャベツ、豚バラ肉などを買ってきて、
作ってみました！

It contains prown!
I want to eat again…

エビも入ってます！
また食べたくなってきた・・・・

I added okonomiyaki sauce and manyonaise,
and we got bulgogi and Cheyupokkun made by share mates!
Well, we will have to say good bye to them….

お好み焼きソースとマヨネーズも加えて、
シェアメイトのみんなが作ってくれた、プルコギとチェユポックン？も頂きました！
うう、もうみんなともお別れか・・・

今日は再びビクトリアマーケットへ。
どうも前回は全てを回りきれていなかったことがわかったので、
再度、内部を観察してみました！

It seems to shops of vegitables and fruits are separated by center road.
There are cloths and sundries shops in this area.
I could not understand differences of this, but it is better because I can choice from many things.

野菜・果物売り場は中央を突っ切る道を隔てて、２つにわかれているみたい。
服、雑貨売り場もそちらのエリアにあります。
特にどちらがどう違うのかは判別できませんでしたが、
そのぶん選択肢があっていい！

Buthcers had big voice as usual.

肉屋さんは相変わらずすごい声で集客しています。

And, this is indoors markets that I couldn’t notice before.
That links a buildin of meat and fish. There are many small shops.
It resemblance a Gibli’s animation.
Hams and sausages that was put in front of shops looked like yummy!

そして、このあたりが前回気づかなかった、屋内マーケットの部分。
肉・魚の建物とつながっていて、小さな商店がずらっと並んでいます。
ジブリアニメの一場面を彷彿とさせます。
商店の手前にずらっと並んだハム、ソーセージがとても美味しそう！

There are not only kinds of meat, but also cheeses, dips, chocolates, sundries, and honeies.
It seem to place mainly processed foods.

肉類だけではなく、チーズ、ディップ、チョコレート、雑貨、はちみつなどなど、
主に加工食品を置いているみたいです。

Moreover, a hotdog (it called sausage in here) that have so much cheese and onion are delicious!
I was so excited like a child.

しかもこの中にあるホットドッグ（こちらではソーセージというとホットドッグの事を指すみたいです）が
チーズ、玉ねぎモリモリでおいしい！！
童心に帰ってワクワクしてしまいました。

今日は再びコールズへ
肉類を眺めているとなんともお手頃なステーキを発見。
一枚５ドル
やっぱりオーストラリアといえばオージービーフでしょ！
ということでＴボーンステーキを２つ購入！！
家に帰って調理したのですが、でけぇ・・・
大きなフライパンでギリギリ２枚焼けました。

The price was cheap, so the meat was little bit stiff but cooking was soso.
It was Australia!!
I could understand that the peaple who come here will get fat.lol

さすが安いだけあって、肉はちょい堅めだったけど、まぁまぁの出来。
さすがオーストラリア！
ワーホリでこっちに来る人がみんな太るという話も納得できます（笑）

メルボルン４日目
早くも日本食が恋しくなってきたこともあり、
家の近くにある「麺屋」という日本食レストランへ！
ここは丼ぶりとラーメンがメインのお店。

Itttttt is Japaneeeese Fooood!!!
I ordered Pork leg noodle because I was excited.
Waiting a serves, I viewd other foods.

うぉー日本食ー！
ちょっとテンションが上がったのでノリで豚足ラーメンをオーダー。
待っている間に他のメニューも眺めてみます。

It usually seemed to Japanse food, but a few foods was not saw in Japan….
Sea food udon…?
Tonkatsu ramen…?
It seemed to have high calories.

基本日本ぽいメニューなのですが、あまり見たこともないのもいくつか・・・
海鮮うどん・・・？
とんかつラーメン？
カロリーが飛び抜けてそう。

Then I got a pork leg noodle, but something different…
I got used to Japanese noodle except pork leg.
So, it is not enough especially soup and noodle.
I felt somthing different little by little.
I realized that how much bless about the noodles in Japan.

で、到着した豚足ラーメン！、うーんなんか違う・・・
豚足はともかく、日本のラーメン文化に慣れ親しんだ自分としては、
スープと麺がモノ足りない。
食べていくうちにどんどん違和感が顕著になってくる。
いかに日本がラーメンに恵まれているのか実感しました。

To tell the truth, the owner of Japanese restaurant in here is usually Chinese or Korean.
So it is difficult to find good Japanese restaurant.
From now, my treasure hunting of good noodle is started.

じつは日本食、とは言ってもこちらにある日本食レストランのほとんどは、
チャイニーズかコリアンがオーナーみたいです。
なのでなかなか日本人が満足できる日本食に出会うことはできません。
ここから、僕のラーメン探しの旅は始まったのでありました。

今日はこちらで最も有名な「コールズ」というスーパーマーケットへ。
海外のスーパーマーケットへ行くのは結構好きで、
現地の生活がそのまま感じられるのがいいです。
大概、日本よりもカラフルだったりします。

After Calls, we went sightseeing slightly.
This is Flinders station that is like a Indian building.
I heard Flinders station is built by Indian architect.

コールズあとはちょっとだけ観光。
こちらのインドみたいな建物がフリンダースステーション
本当にインド人の建築家が建てたらしいです。

This is Federation square in front of Flinders station.
It called “square”, because many buildings are combinated.
There are a lot of event spaces, museums, hall, restrant, etc…

こちらがフェデレーションスクエア。
スクエア（区画）というだけあって、複数の建物が組みあわさっています。
ミュージアム、ホール、レストランなどいろんなスペースが入っているみたい。

By the way, in Japan it was summer when we departed, but naturally this is just winter now in here.
It is not colder than Japan, but I feel cold….

それにしても日本を出発したときは夏だったのが、
当然ながらこちらは冬まっただ中。
日本ほど寒くはないらしいんですが、それにしたって寒い・・・

メルボルン２日目
ワーホリビザでこちらに来た人はまず、お役所に手続きの書類を提出しなくていけません。
で、それをしていただくため、再び昨日おじゃましたIAEさんへ

The day before, we hadn’t have long time because of lost and missed a flight,
I would let them do that applications.

昨日は長旅の疲れと、道に迷ったり、フライトを逃したりしたせいで遅い時間だったので、
それらの手続きを今日してもらうことにしていたのでした。

We had written a few documents and gotten some restraun’s infomation, magazine of Japanese cominuty and infomation of mobile phone.Then we had walken in the city.

なんやかんやと書類を書き、さらにメルボルン市内のレストラン情報、日本人コミュニティの情報誌、携帯電話についてなどなど生活に必要な情報を仕入れた後、市内をブラブラ。

Today’s dinner’s infomation was gotten IAE from a little while ago. They suggested that if you wanna eat meats, you should go there. That is “Stalactites” which is Greek restraunt.
I found later, that is unusually restraunt in here be opend 24 hours. I heared very famouse.

夕飯はさっそく先ほどいただいたレストラン情報から、肉を食べるならココ！と書かれたギリシャ料理の店「stalactites」へ。
後から知ったんですがこの店、こちらでは珍しい２４時間やってるレストラン。かなり有名みたいです。

Then, I saw the menu…. oh, I couldn’t understand so much…

で、メニューを見てみるが・・・・うーん、よくわからない・・・

Firstly, I couldn’t anything because I am not good for Greek food.
I ordered some foods, the staff tell me the traditional foods named “Souvlaki”, some soup, and side dishes at last.

第一にギリシャ料理をよくわかっていないから文字が読めてもどうしようもない。
とりあえず店員さんに、伝統料理だよーと教えてもらった「Souvlaki」とその他スープ、サイドメニューをオーダー

Souvlaki is bottom right of a photo.
Thinking about meats was pushed closely is correct.
Tastes was so goooood!! I wanted to come this restraunt.

写真右下にあるのがSouvlaki（スブラキ）
みっちり詰まったシシケバブと思ってもらえばほぼオッケーです。
味もバッチリ。ここはまた是非来たい！！

最初の滞在場所についた後、すぐにそこから近くのコリアン雑貨屋へ
実はお借りしている家のオーナーさんからここに日本の食材があることを聞いていたんです。

Just at the moment when I arrived, I was soooo surprised! Although that was Korean maket, there were soooooo many Japanese food as real Japanese market.
I realized that we won’t to be poor of Japanese food. lol

店に入った瞬間びっくり！コリアンマーケットにも関わらず、すごい数の日本食が。これなら日本食にも困らなさそう・・・と思った自分は甘かった・・・

ちなみに、こちらに来て初めての外食はマクドナルドでした。（笑）
